The name U 47700 originates from the drug’s chemical structures. It has a 48-hour half life, which like other opioids, makes it difficult for users to stop using it. This synthetic opioid binds to the same opioid receptors in the brain as heroin and morphine do.

U 47700 is a close analogue of fentanyl, although as yet there are no confirmed reports as to its pharmacology in humans. It is around 7x more potent than morphine and 3.4x more potent than heroin by weight.

Uses & Effects.

U-47700 is a new drug is used as a pain reliever, but it can be extremely dangerous. Fentanyl’s potency is considered to be 50 to 100 times more than morphine and 30 to 50 times more than heroin. The drug is commonly passed off as heroin, cocaine, or oxycodone. A lethal dose could be just two milligrams; less than a grain of sand.
